BER Architectural are one of the first companies in Ireland to be qualified to carry out Non Domestic Commercial BER certificates in Ireland, as well as Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) in Northern Ireland and the UK. We are an independent firm of qualified Energy Assessors committed to providing an excellent and accurate service. All of our surveyors are fully qualified Level 3 & Level 4 Assessors (City & Guilds), and are certified through Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI) and the Stroma accreditation program in the UK.
